  1.                         LICENSE AGREEMENT

  3.           Terms and conditions of use:

  5. All versions of PEDIGREE by Charles H. Orange are not public 
  6. domain software, nor are they free software.
  7.  
  8. Non-registered users are granted a limited license to use 
  9. PEDIGREE on a trial basis only for the purpose of determining 
  10. it's suitability for their needs.  Use of PEDIGREE except for 
  11. this limited purpose requires registration.  Non-registered 
  12. versions of PEDIGREE are limited to only 300 animal entries.
  13.  
  14. Registration permits a user the license to use PEDIGREE on a 
  15. single computer; a registered user may use the program on a 
  16. different computer, but may not use the program on more than one 
  17. computer at the same time.  Registered versions of PEDIGREE 
  18. support over 2 million animal entries.
  19.  
  20.           Terms and conditions of copying:
  21.  
  22. All users are granted a limited license to copy the non-
  23. registered version of PEDIGREE for the purpose of archive or 
  24. backup protection as well as for the trial use by others subject 
  25. to the above limitations and to the following restrictions:

  27.     Non-registered versions of PEDIGREE must be distributed in 
  28.     un-modified form, complete with the help and text files with 
  29.     this license information.
  30.  
  31.     No fee or charge may be made by anyone beyond the reasonable 
  32.     cost of duplication and media.
  33.  
  34. Non-registered versions of PEDIGREE may be distributed in an 
  35. archived format by operators of electronic bulletin boards if 
  36. they observe the previous conditions.
  37.  
  38. Registered versions of PEDIGREE may not be copied except for the 
  39. purpose of archive or backup protection.
  40.
